Well, it's the last week of the All You Challenge, and I don't need too much from the grocery store. I'm using up a lot of the meat in our freezer and continuing to try to use plenty of cucumbers and fresh herbs from the garden.
Here are our dinners for the week:
Mon - Old Fashioned Sicilian Succo, garden salad, homemade French bread
Tues - Greek chicken pitas, fruit
Wed - Salisbury steakwith onion sauce, green beans, potatoes
Thurs - Leftover Sicilian Succo (spaghetti and meatballs)
Fri - Black bean soup, corn chips, fruit
Sat - Pizza out (helping my sister move)
Sun - Leftovers, etc.
