It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year . . .

And one of the busiest!  And so, a little earlier than I anticipated, I am stepping back from blogging for an extended, restful Christmas break, though January 2. 

In addition to regular Christmas preparations, we're preparing to take our first long car trip with baby Gem, to visit my parents for Christmas.  We're leaving a week from today, and I am starting to feel a bit overwhelmed at the thought of all the packing!

I will still be posting some deals, but I won't be writing any substantive posts until after New Year's.  My focus is shifting from Christmas shopping and deals to preparing for the real celebration of this wondrous season.

I am so looking forward to celebrating with my husband and children, especially since the girls can understand and anticipate so much now; and with my parents and brothers and sisters, whom I don't see enough.

I hope all of you have a most blessed Christmas too!
