The kids and I got back into town Saturday night, after an exhausting but very fun trip down to North Carolina to see my family. I'm still recovering and trying to get back into the swing of things this week, so please bear with me.
We get two boxes of produce from our CSA this week to make up for our vacation hold last week, so I'm trying to plan to use it all. We should be getting peaches, plums, corn, and squash.
Breakfasts:
Ricotta Breakfast Pancakes
Oatmeal
Cereal and milk
Scrambled eggs
Lunches (all served with fruit)
Cheese and Crackers
Salami sandwiches
Leftover quesadillas
Nutella/PBJ sandwiches
Dinners
Mon - Quesadillas made with mozzarella, Italian sausage, and leftover greens (finishing things up before our new box of produce this week), watermelon
Tues - Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, green beans, beets (frozen entree from Ikea)
Wed - Hot dogs, chips (picnic at ballpark)
Thurs - Sausage and Vegetable Skillet, corn on the cob
Fri - Frittata, Ricotta Breakfast Pancakes
Sat - Grilled chicken, corn on the cob, french fries
Sun - Chicken fajitas (with grilled chicken), fruit salad

i have been going to the produce market lately but its been hit or miss
i know the week is pretty much over and im late commenting(i try to visit everyone throughout the week while Giada sleeps on me :)
