Menu Planning Monday


It feels good to get back on track with menu planning!  My new plan is to shop at the beginning of every week, so I am just planning one week of meals at a time.  I think I like this better, as it's less overwhelming for me to just look at one week at a time.

I bought a lot of food on my Wegmans trip last week, so we won't need too much this week.  Here's what I have planned:

Breakfasts: bagels, cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs

Lunches: leftovers, cheese and crackers, pbj, quesadillas

Snacks: fruit, raw veggies (last root veggies from our garden), graham crackers, pretzels

Dinners:
Mon - Chili, tortilla chips
Tues - Turkey soup, homemade bread
Wed - Burritos with leftover chili, corn
Thurs - Leftover turkey soup
Fri - Italian fritatta, fruit salad
Sat - Possible dinner out
Sun - Pasta or freezer meal
