As I mentioned, I've used more of my grocery budget this month than I'd like, so I'm mostly trying to use what we have this week. I am making a quick trip to the store today for milk, and I am breaking down and getting corned beef and cabbage for Wednesday!
Here's what else I've planned:
Breakfasts:
cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, toast
Lunches:
Leftovers, eggs, pbj, cheese quesadillas
Dinners:
Mon - Grilled fish (Gorton's), roasted potatoes, spinach
Tues - Roast beef, rice, salad,
Wed - Corned beef and cabbage, carrots, potatoes
Thurs - Chicken Rice Soup with Spinach
Friday - Bean and rice burritos
Saturday - Subs on homemade rolls w. leftover roast beef and chicken
Sunday - leftovers
Baking List:
- sandwich bread
- whole wheat tortillas
- sandwich rolls
