I'm still struggling to menu plan and cook these days, especially now with Christmas preparations in full swing. This week we unexpectedly stopped at Wegmans briefly on Sunday, and I'm going to try to get by on what we picked up then for the week. So we're eating from the pantry and freezer.
Breakfasts:
muffins, oatmeal with craisins
Lunches :
pastrami and salami on rolls, pbj, leftovers
Dinners:
Mon - Chicken fajitas in a bowl with corn chips (meal from freezer)
Tues - Pesto pasta (homemade from freezer) with chicken, salad
Wed - Leftover fajitas with homemade tortillas
Thurs - Meat loaf, roasted potatoes, green beans
Fri - Black bean and cheese quesadillas
Sat - Turkey soup, bread
Sun - Leftovers
To bake:
St. Nicholas cookies
tortillas
sandwich bread
