After being sick last week, it's good to get back on the menu planning bandwagon! I'm making a new effort towards healthier meals this month (more on that later), so I'm trying to plan it extra fruits and vegetables. Here's what we're eating this week:
Breakfasts:
cold cereal and milk
oatmeal
cranberry bread
yogurt
eggs
Lunches:
salami sandwiches
cheese and crackers
canned vegetable soup
leftovers
frozen homemade pizza
Snacks:
teddy grahams
granola bars
chips and salsa
fruit
Dinners:
Mon - Chicken soup, banana muffins, salad
Tues - Baked ham, homemade applesauce, french fries
Wed - Leftover ham, applesauce, corn, salad
Thurs - My husband''s birhday - tba
Fri - Black bean nachos with corn and fruit
Sat - attending a post-holiday party - bringing bruschetta, sparkling cider, and cookies
Sun - Ham and bean soup, muffins
