I managed to do a little freezer cooking this week (I'll show you the full results later). It's nice to have a few things already prepared for the week! I'm excited to try a couple of Asian recipes from the February All You magazine on Friday; it's nice to have something out of the ordinary every once in a while.
Here's what I've planned for this week:
Breakfasts:
oatmeal
homemade bagels w. cream cheese
yogurt
toast
Lunches:
chili w. corn chips (x2)
ham and bean soup
quesadillas
pbj
Dinners:
Mon - Chicken fingers w. marinara, pasta, carrots and celery
Tues - Meat loaf, leftover barley bake, green beans
Wed - Chicken tacos, fruit salad
Thurs - Leftover meatloaf, potatoes, corn
Fri - Sesame Noodles w. Golden Garlic, Scallion Pancakes
Sat - Church Auction Dinner! - pasta for babysitter and kids
Sun - Homemade pizza
