Menu Plan - 3rd Week of School
This is potatoes week! We went to the potato harvest at the farm last weekend, and even though we made a bunch of homemade potato chips, I still have lots more potatoes to use!
Breakfasts
Cereal and milk
Homemade oatmeal packets
Homemade frozen breakfast sandwiches
Chocolate Zucchini Bread
Lunches (all with watermelon, nectarines, apples)
Kids - Salami sandwiches, cheese or Nutella and homemade wheat thins
Adults - Leftovers - enchiladas, pasta, leftovers from the week's dinners
Dinners
Mon - Cheesy ham and potatoes, salad, bread
Tues - Pork with apples and potatoes
Wed - Swedish meatballs (frozen from Ikea), mashed potatoes, Kicken' Collard Greens
Thurs - Pork burritos - using the pork from earlier in the week reheated with some Mexican seasoning
Fri - Pasta for kids, takeout for adults (date night!)
Sat - Homemade pizza
Sun - TBD
