Also, remember that CVS will likely be discounting Halloween and fall decor and seasonal items quickly. Look for at least 50% off this week and even more off in the next couple of weeks.
This week I'm going for a deal not mentioned above. Brita filters (3 pack) is $14.99 this week, and you get $5 ECB, making it just $9.99. That is an excellent deal for Brita filters, and we use these regularly. Since my ECBs right now are in denominations of $6.99 and $1, here's the scenario I've put together.
1 Brita 3-pk - $14.99
1 Plackers flossers - $2.99
Total value: $17.98
Use $.50/1 Plackers coupon from recent insert
Use $1.00/1 Brita filters coupon from recent insert
Use $6.99 ECBs
Total OOP: $10.47
And of course, I'll be scanning my reusable bag tag!
I just updated the coupon information in my scenario. There was a $1.00/1 Brita coupon that I forgot about!
ReplyDeleteAlso, there's a new $5/$20 coupon here:

So if you want to spend $3 more, you can get an even better deal.
