Have I skipped two weeks of menu planning? I know I didn't have a plan last week, and just made life more stressful. I'm looking forward to a well-planned week!
Breakfasts:
The usual: cereal, yogurt, toast, eggs
Lunches:
pasta salad with veggies & white beans; cheese, crackers, and pepperoni; pbj
Dinners:
Mon - Italian sausage with onions and potatoes, salad,
Tues - Baked chicken, corn, spinach
Wed - Chicken alfredo pasta (using leftover chicken), salad
Thurs - Hearty Meatball Sandwiches, chips, fruit salad
Fri - Rehearsal dinner for friend's wedding
Sat - At wedding all day
Sun - Leftover meatball sandwiches
Baking List:
- sandwich bread
