Menu Plan - Greens and more Greens!



This week our CSA box includes beets with beet tops and more greens - either Kale or Swiss Chard.  I'm still finishing up the swiss chard from last week, so I'm trying to incorporate lots of greens into our meals.  Hey, they're superfoods, right?

On another note, this Saturday is our 6th wedding anniversary!  I'm excited to go out on a real date for a really nice dinner!


Breakfasts 
Homemade instant oatmeal packets
Eggs and bacon
Toast
Yogurt

Lunches
Hot dogs w. baked beans (x2)
Cold cut/cheese sandwiches
Personal pizzas
PBJ

Dinners
Mon - Fritatta w. swiss chard & ham, garlic bread, fruit
Tues - Ham and greens stew (based on this recipe)
Wed - Baked ziti, salad, garlic bread
Thurs -Leftover stew, muffins/biscuits
Fri - Pasta w. marinara, sauteed greens
Sat - Our 6th Anniversary - date night!!!
Sun - Homemade pepperoni calzone with marinara, salad
