Can you tell we have a lot of salad greens in our garden?! I've planned salad for almost every night this week! I'm also thinking that I can use the first of our spinach in the pasta for Friday night!
Breakfasts:
cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs
Lunches:
mini pizzas, tuna pasta salad (from Suddenly Salad deal), peanut butter, cheese and crackers
Dinners:
Mon - Shepherd's pie (basically whatever I concoct out of extra cooked ground beef and leftover mashed potatoes), salad, homemade foccacia
Tues - Picnic at Daddy's softball game! (hot dogs, popcorn)
Wed - Baked chicken, roasted potatoes, salad
Thurs - Leftovers
Fri - Pasta with spinach and white beans (something similar to this), salad, bread
Sat & Sun - Grilling for the weekend and upcoming week! We'll probably do hamburgers, chicken, and maybe something else.
Baking list:
- muffins for a playgroup on Friday
- French bread or more foccacia
