Giveaway: Safeway Back-to-School Event

As any of you with school-age children are well aware, it's back-to-school time!  Your kids may already have started school, or maybe they have one more glorious week of summer left! 

Since my girls are not in school yet, this time of year does not affect us as much as it could.  However, my mom is a teacher, so I am definitely aware of her becoming much busier.  Also, next year GiGi will be in kindergarten, so I am already looking around at area schools..

If, like many involved parents, you're looking to support your child's or your local school, Safeway and Box Tops for Education can help!  This year at the Safeway Family of stores there are "2 Ways 2 Earn" cash for schools.  You may already know about collecting Box Tops to support your school.  This year, in addition, Safeway is giving 10% of the cost of participating Box Tops items back to schools!  You can give to any participating school, whether public or private.

To help your local schools even further just look for the "10% Goes Back to Schools" yellow school bus tags on over 2,000 of your favorite items throughout Safeway from August 11th - September 14th. When you purchase participating products with your Club Card, Safeway will give 10% of the purchase price to the local school of your choice.

Here´s how it works:

Check your receipt from August 11 - September 14. The total will be updated each time you shop.

Beginning on September 18, a redemption code will be printed at the bottom of your receipt.

Visit backtoschools.escrip.com before October 13 to choose your favorite participating local school, then simply enter your redemption code to make your donation.
